In this presidential election there has been very little talk about where the candidates truly stand on topics, instead it’s been mostly about their bad pasts. Let’s focus now on where they stand on issues instead of their past problems.
Here is a photo that pretty much sums it up, at least on a few important issues.

On the issue of Obamacare, as you can see Clinton wants to keep Obamacare in place but Trump wants to replace it. A new report that was just released is stating that insurance premiums will increase by 22% overall and up to 116% in some states like Arizona. Also in many states there will only be one single insurance carrier choice, thus throwing competition with lower prices completely out the window. Obama and the Democrats said “If you like your plan, you can keep it. If you like your doctor, you can keep them” – well, we all know now how that turned out.
The question you have to ask yourself – is voting for Clinton just because I don’t like Trump really worth paying more out of my pocket for health insurance (among other things) while losing my doctor and having less coverage with more out of pocket expense really worth it?
Clinton also wants to raise your Federal income taxes, this of course is needed to pay the many benefits that are to be given to the illegal immigrants that Clinton wants to bring into America, along with the illegal immigrants that are already here – over 15 million. Why should American citizens pay for illegal immigrants to have housing, food, cell phones, free health care and more when we have American citizens and American Veterans that are homeless and are not receiving any help from our tax dollars?
Clinton wants to keep paying for Planned Parenthood with your tax dollars. Is it really the responsibility of tax payers who are trying to raise their kids on a single family income, or the single adults who do not have children, to pay for the sexual habits of carefree irresponsible people? Why should I have to pay for an abortion for someone whom I do not know or have ever met because they chose to have unprotected sex? Planned Parenthood may help some women in need, but why should tax payers pay the bill? That’s kind of like saying that you should pay for my broke arm because I wanted to climb a tree.
I could go on but you get my point, and you can think about the other items on the list.
The bottom line here is that we are truly voting for the lesser of two evils, Clinton or Trump – but the evils you should be focusing on are the issues that directly affect you, and not the candidates personal problems. Trump may be an egotistical buffoon, but financially he’s less of a strain on your wallet – so you might want to take that into consideration BEFORE you vote.
