The main stream media likes to say that the unemployment rate in America is 4.9%, but for this number they do not take into consideration many factors. The true unemployment rate in America is actually 9.7% as of August 2016.
First you have to know that there are six different rating levels that are used in charting the unemployment rate, from the lowest (U-1) to the highest (U-6). These reports are based on a poll (survey) taken by the U.S. Department of Labor Bureau of Labor Statistics, and are not supposed to be influenced by other government agencies or the White House administration – but as we know, the Obama administration has openly influenced every department of the government. With that said, how can we believe the reported unemployment rate?
The Bureau of Labor Statistics is using the middle rating of U-3 in their 4.9% rate, so they can use the old “give or take a few” routine in their justification as to feel safe in their report. That’s like saying “I threw the ball 50 yards, give or take a few feet” – and not giving a precise or accurate measurement.
The factors in determining the “U” percentage total can be confusing so I won’t get into all the details, but some of the people not included in the U-3 total are;
- Discouraged workers
- People who have not looked for work
- People who work part time because full-time work is not available
- and more…
Basically, if you do not count American citizens who are on government assistance, not actively looking for a job, working only part time, and other factors then you get a much lower number of unemployed for the report. That’s real convenient for the Obama administration, they get to boast of a low unemployment number – but the American workers know the truth.
Conveniently included the U-3 rating as a plus for the low rate are non-citizen visa workers (H-1B visa) who are brought in from foreign countries to fill American jobs. Now keep in mind that the United States unemployment rate is supposed to only be for unemployed U.S. citizens, but for a lower number report many forms of cheating is involved. Let’s also not forget the Obama illegal alien “amnesty” which allows illegals to obtain work here in the U.S. – but that’s a whole other story to cover later.
The bottom line in all of this is that the actual, fact based unemployment rate is much higher than government agencies report. “Why would the government report a lie” – you ask? Well it’s simple, if they told the truth then the politicians responsible would not get re-elected.
Common sense dictates that if you send American jobs overseas, bring in foreign workers to fill the American jobs that are here, then more American citizens will be unemployed. Who gains from doing this? The politicians who make their millions from companies located other countries. How do they profit from other countries? Politicians invest in foreign factories that are not restricted by U.S. regulations, unions, and labor laws. Those factories produce products that cost less to make and return a greater profit. Again, that’s a whole other story to cover later.
